Tennis Elbow & Golfer's Elbow Treatment in Glendale, CA
Elbow pain usually comes from overworked tendons where the forearm muscles attach — tennis elbow on the outside, golfer's elbow on the inside. Dr. Kwang Lee, D.C., L.Ac., combines shockwave therapy, cold laser, acupuncture and loading exercises to get the tendon healing instead of just resting it.

Questions patients ask
I rested it for months and it still hurts. Why?
Tendons heal with gradual loading, not just rest. Treatment restarts the healing process and then rebuilds the tendon's tolerance.
Does shockwave hurt?
You feel a tapping sensation that can be briefly uncomfortable over the sore spot. Sessions take minutes and intensity is adjusted to you.
Should I wear a brace?
A counterforce strap can reduce pain during activities while the tendon recovers. Dr. Lee will show you how and when to use it.
Can I be treated in Korean?
Yes. Dr. Lee sees patients in Korean and English.
