Acupuncture, Electro-Acupuncture & Cupping
Stimulating specific points activates the body's own pain-modulating systems: endorphin release, regulation of pain signals in the spinal cord and brain, better local circulation, and a calmer stress response. Electro-acupuncture adds a gentle pulsed current for stubborn chronic or nerve-related pain; cupping lifts tight fascia to release deep muscle tension.
Commonly used for
- Back, neck, joint, nerve and myofascial pain
- Headache and migraine frequency
- Stress, tension and poor sleep
- Muscle recovery before or after adjustment
- Nerve-related pain and muscle weakness (electro-acupuncture)
What a session is like
Only hair-thin, sterile, single-use needles are used. Insertion is usually painless; needles stay in place 15–30 minutes while you rest, and many patients fall asleep.
